Privacy.

Payment.
- Payment of purchases is by pre payment by direct deposit
or COD for all non account customers.
- Account customers terms are payment within 14 day from invoice.
- All Office Machines purchases are COD. A deposit is required
for all machine purchases.
Orders and Delivery.
- Orders will be dispatched by no later than the next working
day following clearance of payment and subject to availability.
In the event that goods are unavailable, you will be notified
immediately.
Liability.
- Any liability of Toner Newcastle in connection
with goods supplied to you will be limited to the replacement
of goods or equivalent.
- The use of this site is at your risk and Toner Newcastle will not be liable for any damage arising from that
use.
Faulty Goods.
- Please contact us for returns procedure.
- Goods must be returned with a sample print where possible
for money back or replacement guarantee.
Returns.
- If the wrong product is ordered it must be returned in original,
unopened condition and shipped at purchasers cost for refund
or replacement.
Applicable Law.
- All purchases under this website and these terms and conditions
are subject to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
